FDM Printers
Our company offers a range of printing services that are designed to cater to your needs. We have in-house FDM printers that are capable of delivering high-quality, flexible prints in many different variations. Our printers are perfect for creating quick proof of concept models, as well as functional prototypes that can withstand production or end-user handling. With our printing services, you can rest assured that you will receive efficient, reliable and cost-effective solutions for all your printing needs. Mark Two
The Mark Two is our highest capability machine in our FDM Fleet. With a layer height resolution as low as 0.1mm and x-y resolution accuracy at 0.25mm, parts are ready for end use right off the print bed. With this printer we are also able to offer direct continuous fiber inlay for added structural improvements not possible with other printers.

Onyx One
With the same great quality of the Mark Two, the Onyx One delivers the best off the bed prints ready to use. This printer provides great prints using super strong micro carbon fiber filled nylon with tensile strength of 40MPa and heat deflection temperature of 145 deg F.

X1 C Bambu
The Bambu X1 offers us the flexibility to run a variety of parts requiring different materials and still reach accuracy under 0.1mm. With a nozzle temperature up to 300 deg C, most available filaments can be printed on this machine.

SLA Printers
Our MSLA printers provide an exceptional printing experience with high-resolution capabilities. The prints are initiated with a liquid UV curable base, and every layer is cured with a resolution ranging from 0.2mm to 0.01mm with the help of a high-resolution x-y LCD screen. This feature makes it possible to create intricate and highly-accurate parts with complex geometries. These printers are ideal for dimensional proof of concept and for developing physical models with complex designs. We at Skybird provide material selection guidance and help reduce print costs by suggesting the most cost-effective yet high-resolution options. Typically, resin prints can range from $0.11 to $2.00 per gram of material. We have listed the material selection below for your convenience.
